William Dewayne Bolton, age 60, of Denham Spring, LA passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
Dewayne was born on March 11, 1962, in Meridian, MS. Dewayne was predeceased by his parents A.M. Bolton, Jr. and Alice Christine Piker, along with many other loving family members. He is survived by his beloved children Stacy Lea Bolton, Kevin Dewayne Bolton, his partner of 13 years Barbara Jean White, his sisters Brenda Christine Bolton and Margaret Lynne Busch, and many nephews and nieces.
Dewayne was a self-reliant, hardworking, very considerate and giving person. Over the years he diligently learned plumbing, carpentry, and electrical but found his true calling when he moved to
Denham Springs. Dewayne’s 19 years with the City of Walker and his community are a true testament to his dedication to the community.
Dewayne’s pride and joy were his two children. A loving and caring person that believed in helping family and friends mixed in with a little laughter. He was a dedicated son, father, partner, brother, and friend who will be missed dearly.
Services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022, from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at South Walker Baptist Church, 13719 Hammack Rd, Denham Springs, LA. Funeral services will follow at 6:00pm with Pastor Mark Carroll officiating.
