Memorial service celebrating the life of Virginia Ann Reneau will be held at a later date.

With heavy hearts, yet profound gratitude for a life beautifully lived, we announce the passing of our beloved Virginia Ann Reneau. Virginia departed from this life on August 4th, 2025, at the remarkable age of 94. She was born on December 22nd, 1930.

Virginia was a woman of immense love and unwavering devotion. Her greatest joys were found in the simple pleasures: the thrill of a good shopping trip, and more importantly, the invaluable time spent with her beloved family. She was, without a doubt, the rock of our family, the quiet strength that held us all together through every season of life. Her gentle guidance, her enduring love, and her unwavering presence created the foundation upon which our family thrived.

Virginia now joins those who passed before her: her dear father, Frank Cappo, and mother, Patricia Covington; her beloved husband, Kirby Reneau; her son, Mike Reneau; and her sister, Evelyn Thompson. While we mourn her physical absence, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Sharon Martin; her grandchildren, Roxie Harper and her husband, Brandon Stacy, Amelia Reneau, and Parker Reneau; and her great-grandchildren, Tristan Brown, Isabella Brown, John Walter Harper, and Scarlet Chase. Virginia is also survived by her sister, Carol Smith, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own children.
