Victor Eugene Hubbard was born on November 26, 1950, in Grand Prairie, Texas, and passed away peacefully on November 29, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with dementia. He is now at rest.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Eugene Hubbard and Peggy Sue Gross.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Karen Beasley, and his daughters, Crystal Lynn Beazley and Jennifer Ann Garza, and his grandson Dylan Garza.
Victor spent his career as a computer programmer. Outside of his profession, he loved sports of all kinds, especially baseball and basketball. In his younger years, Victor was a talented high school baseball pitcher, and he remained a lifelong baseball fan. He also played basketball regularly on the weekends, proudly taking the role of power forward.
A devoted sports fan, Victor faithfully supported the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Stars. He loved sharing his passion for sports with his daughters, patiently teaching them about baseball and basketball and creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Victor also found joy in speed skating, collecting baseball cards and coins, and appreciating life’s simple pleasures. He never turned down a Dr Pepper, a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream, or a cherry cordial. Red tulips, his favorite flower, always brought a smile to his face.
His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy lives on through the love he shared and the lessons he taught.
Rest easy, Dad.
You are deeply loved and forever missed.
