Teresa Ann Rambin (Sissy), 66, died in her home surrounded by her family after a long battle of COPD on April 4, 2023. It would be wrong to say that she lost her battle because she never stopped fighting no matter how sick she was. She was always determined. Teresa was born in D’Lo, Mississippi and later moved to Louisiana. She was a Daddy’s girl who liked to do all things outside. She learned to operate a tractor to help bail hay, bushhog, etc. She also helped tend to the cattle. Her mother taught her many things inside the house. She taught her how to sew at a very young age. Teresa was a very talented seamstress which led her to her career at Hamco Inc & Neese Industries. There wasn’t many things Teresa could not do. Teresa’s family meant the world to her. She was very intentional about spending time with them and picking up “happy’s” (treats/gifts) at random. She was a very generous & thoughtful person. Some of her hobbies included mowing the grass, spending time with family, helping neighbors & cooking for her family often. We will never forget her fierce, feisty, funny personality. She will be missed dearly. Teresa is preceded in death by parents, Billy Mac & Juliette Sullivan, brother, Billy Harvey Sullivan. She is survived by her 2 children, Jesse Rambin (Jessica) & Laci Rambin Folse (Chad); 7 grandchildren, Angele, McKenzie, Gavin, Kaelyn (Danlee), Kelsey, Alexis, Adaline; 3 great grandchildren, Rivers, Ava Kate & one on the way; one niece, Sara Allen (Alex), great niece, Ellie, 2 great nephews, AJ & Ross; 2 stepchildren, Kalep Rambin (Kelly & children) & Jana Rambin LeFluer (Joebob & children). Teresa’s wishes were not to have a funeral or memorial service, so we will have a celebration of life gathering with close friends and family at a date to be determined later.
