Stephen Culotta Jr.

Stephen Culotta, Jr., a native of New Orleans, LA, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2025, at the age of 73. He was the son of the late Stephen Culotta, Sr. and Angel Augusta Cantrell Culotta.

Stephen is survived by his children; Tony Culotta, Trisha Culotta Fraser and husband Thomas, Stephen Culotta, and Blake Culotta. He was a grandfather to Taylor Fraser, Chloe McGuckin, Emily Fraser, and Phoebe Hunt, and a great-grandfather to Luca Thomas Monge-Fraser. Brother of Carmelina Ludwig and husband Robert and Frank Culotta and wife Pam.

Stephen found unwavering companionship and joy in his beloved dog, Spike, who passed away just a few months before him. Their bond was a steady and meaningful presence in his life, offering him peace and loyalty when he needed it most.

Stephen’s journey was uniquely his own, marked by his free spirit. While those who knew him will remember him in their own ways, his family reflects on the moments when his heart was open and the connections he shared, honoring his memory with respect and compassion.

A private interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
