Stephanie Marie Medine Delatte

Stephanie Marie Medine Delatte passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at the age of 53 at St. Joseph’s Carpenter House. She was born in Donaldsonville, LA, on January 25, 1973. With no children of her own, she simply adored her nieces and nephews, always remembering their birthdays. Stephanie lived in Prairieville, LA and enjoyed doing crafts and visiting with family and friends.

Stephanie was born with a severe heart condition and at 17 years old had a heart transplant which gave her many more happy years. She was a faithful Christian who loved the Lord. Her favorite bible verse was Matthew 19:26.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Jeffrey Delatte; her parents, Andrew and Myra Medine; in-laws, Cary and Jackie Delatte; siblings, Blake Medine and wife Tiffany, Spencer Medine and wife Katie; brother-in-law, Justin and wife Noelie; sisters-in-law, Jennifer and husband John Donaldson, Jill and husband Brandon Swindle; and her sweet dog, Ollie.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Andrew and Jennie Medine, Ervin and Ella Gauthreaux.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to St. Joseph Hospice, Carpenter House.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for services at Fellowship Church once arrangements have been finalized.
