Born November 15, 1947 in Opelousas, LA will be missed by all who knew her. Our Heavenly Father took her home late Sunday, November 2, 2025 from the Baton Rouge General's Burn Center. It is with immense shock and sadness that we announce her tragic passing. She spent her month's long journey facing numerous intense surgeries, with true grit and grace. She displayed incredible courage and even humor in the face of horrific adversity. Her friends and family were beyond impressed with her warrior spirit and shared her unwavering hope and love. The medical team addressed her as "Beauty Queen". Her legacy includes being a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend. During her 50+ year career, "Faye" made generations of the Greater Baton Rouge ladies feel beautiful time after time. She mastered the art of cuts, colors, styles and mani/pedis! Her talent, dedication & kindness made her widely popular. As busy as she was with work, she still made time to care for several adults in her home. She earned several jewels for her crown to give to our Lord. She is preceded in death by her parents Frank David and Evelyn "Boogie" Morris, among other many loved ones, whom she is surely jitterbugging with now on streets of gold. We are grateful that she doesn't have to struggle anymore and that her adventures are just getting started. She is survived by a host of family and friends that celebrate her life privately.
