Sally Golson Sanders

Sally (Golson) Sanders, went to heaven on June 24, 2023. She was born on March 24, 1936. She was preceded in death by husband LC Sanders. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and MiMi. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, painting and traveling – especially Grand Isle. She is survived by her children, Linda “Suzie” Taylor (Burt), Daniel (Carole) and John Sanders (Karon), siblings Tommy Golson (Judi), grandchildren Jared Sanders, Collin Sanders (Trista), Bradford Sanders, Leanne Stockstill, Dickie Conrad (Rachel), Blake Taylor, Lexie Taylor, Jake Sanders (Samantha), and nine great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice in His Care, especially Jasmine and Deacon Mike and the staff at Maison de Fleur Assisted living. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 10:00 am-11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs with prayer service at 11:00 am. Graveside services to follow at Louisiana National Cemetery at 1 pm.
