Roland J. Blanchard

Roland J. Blanchard, a resident of Baker, LA, passed away at home surrounded by family on April 15, 2024, at the age of 73. He was a veteran who proudly served in the United States Army. Roland was a carpenter for many years. 

He is survived by his son, Damon Blanchard and daughter-in-law, Alecia Blanchard.  Grandsons, Damon Blanchard Jr. and Dillon Blanchard. Siblings, Earl Blanchard and his wife Sheila, Margaret (Bobbie) Rouyea, Mike Blanchard and his wife Margaret, Nancy Forbes, Mary Decuir and her husband Donnie, Steve Blanchard and his wife Barbara.

He was preceded in death by his father Earl Blanchard Sr., mother Margaret Ourso Blanchard, brother Darrell Blanchard, brother-in-law Bill Rouyea, brother-in-law Wayne Forbes, sister-in-law Audrey Stoute.
