Peggy Ruth McBride

Born in Houston Texas on February 14, 1955, as Peggy Jean Ruth. She was 70 and passed away August 28,2025 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, Louisiana. She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, playing board games and cards, she also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband William ‘Bill’ Joseph McBride, mother Barbara Jean Miller, stepdad Earnest ‘Bud’ Miller, father A B Ruth and sisters, Elizabeth Ann Ruth, Betty Gail Ruth, Nancy Laverne Wilmoth, daughter Deborah Smith and numerous other family members. She was survived by her sister Barbara McGraw and husband David McGraw of Denham Springs, LA ;daughter Paula Michelle Morris & son-in-law LC Morris of Hammond, LA ; son Brian Keith Ruth and daughter-in-law Jennifer Ruth Pittsburg , KS ; grandkids Joseph Lee Miller Baton Rouge, LA ; Alan McGraw Coyell, LA; Cecilia Smith Cuervo, TX ; Kaelin Ruth Cuervo, TX ; Larissa Garrison Joplin, MO ; Kaylee Ashton Girard, KS, and Aaron Ruth Pittsburg, KS ; numerous nieces , nephews , and great grandchildren.
