Pedro "Pete" Acevedo Jr

Pedro “Pete” Alberto Acevedo Jr., age 54, of Gonzales, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 11, 2018, at his residence surrounded by those he loved. He was born June 12, 1964, in Managua Nicaragua, a son of the late Pedro Alberto Acevedo Sr.

Pete is survived and missed by his loving wife of 25 years, Sarah (Wolfe); five sons, Alex Acevedo, Pedro Acevedo III (Meghan), Brandon Acevedo (Amber), Samuel Acevedo, and Diego Acevedo; Only daughter, Mercedes Milazzo (Mitchell) Forever cherished and remembered by his four grandchildren, Eli, Brandon, Penelope and Laila; Sibling’s; George, Mercedes, Maria, Lupe, Delpha. Mother Delpha “Muty” and many nieces and nephews.

‍Pete enjoyed music, thrifting, cars, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Pete was known for his one-of-a-kind attitude, humor, and strong spirit. To know him was to love him. He will forever be missed.
