Patricia Hashman Cook

Patricia Hashman Cook, born on May 6, 1966, a native of Gonzales, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was known for her remarkable strength through her diagnosis, her positivity, and her kind heart. Patricia cherished every moment she spent with her children and made it a priority to be a loving mother.

Patricia is survived by her husband Alton Cook and her children: Brandon Agnew, Paula Abbott, Vincent Cook, and Sophia Cook. Also survived by her grandchildren: McKenna, Jypsie, Journey, Jeffery, Charlotte, Patricia, Jasmine, Aiden, Austin, and Winston. She also leaves behind numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces, all of whom will remember her fondly.

Patricia was a passionate fan of LSU football and found joy in reading, particularly the novels of Danielle Steel. Her interests were a reflection of her vibrant spirit and love for life. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
