Mary Susan Chauvin LaCroix, 78, of French Settlement, LA passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00am to 3:00pm Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Wholly Ground, 27988 Walker South Rd, Walker, LA.
Mary was born in Union, LA and a longtime resident of Prairieville, LA. She spent the last five years of her life in French settlement, LA where she got to watch her great grandchildren grow.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lucille Bergeron and Emile Joseph Charvin; daughter, Deneen LaCroix Draves; her first husband, Richard LaCroix; granddaughter, Miranda LaCroix; sister, Linda Guercio, brother Ray Chauvin and her parents.
She is survived by her loving husband Nohe Hermosillo and stepchildren. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Terrie and (Jeff) Oliphant, Melissa and (Lucian) Welch, Suzanne and (Shane) McKay and Son, Joey LaCroix, Eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, Sister Judy and (Dave) Hebert, Brenda and (Bryan) Roshto, and Brother, Emile Chauvin.
