Mary Elizabeth Slagle, a native of Chicago, Illinois and a resident of Bogalusa, Louisiana, died Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the age of 82. She was the beloved sister of Lola Graves, Erla Perilloux, Jeanette Perrilloux, David, Randal and Edward Derks, the late Barbara Perilloux, Elvona Perilloux, Peggy Lou Derks, Leonard L, Harley J and Kenneth Derks. Also preceded in death by parents, Harley L. and Katherine Clarke Derks.
