Lynn Michael “Gus” Prestridge Sr., born August 4, 1941, in Baton Rouge, LA and passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 83. Gus was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps on January 7th, 1965, after proudly serving his country.
He is survived by his sons, Michael and Stuart Prestridge; sister, Molly Prestridge; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Gus is preceded in death by his father, C.H. Prestridge and mother, Inez Lambert Prestridge.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lynn's name to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
A private service to celebrate the life of Gus will be at a later date.
