Lou Alice Harris Williams was born on September 6, 1934, in Smackover, Arkansas and passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 91 in Brusly, LA. She moved to Baton Rouge in 1942 and was raised in Slaughter, LA. She was a 1952 graduate of Zachary High School.
Survived by three daughters, Deborah Anne Williams, Eunice Arela Williams Frosch, and Gracie Elaine Williams Worley (husband Emmett Ray Worley, Sr.); two granddaughters, Holly Marie Berthelot (husband Bobby Berthelot) and Candace Michelle Frosch; two step-granddaughters, Victoria Frosch and Rachel Frosch; two grandsons, Emmett Ray Worley, Jr. and James Ian Frosch; a great-granddaughter, Nova Narie Turk; two sisters-in-law, Gaties Alma Dubois Harris and Virginia Rae Turner Harris. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a son, John Allen Williams; nephew Carey Webster Smith; niece, Brenda Elaine Martin; parents, Carey Ellis Harris and Eunice Ella Sturdivant Harris; siblings, Gussie Wilhemina Harris Bezborn, Marie Cecelia Harris Brock, Gracie Lois Harris Baudouin (C.C), Eunice Ella Harris Dezendorf (Sookie), Ellis Ray Harris (Billy), Sammy Joe Harris (wife Virginia Rae Turner Harris), and Charles Edward Harris (Sonny Boy).
