Kathleen "Kathy" Braud

Heaven gained another angel in the early morning hours of May 22, 2024. She was 66 years old, born on January 16, 1958, in Baton Rouge. She was a graduate of Redemptorist High School. Her favorite pastimes were watching baking shows on the Food Network, watching LSU sports and spending time with her family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Braud Bagley; her father, Purvis Braud; beloved cousins, aunts & uncles. She is survived by her mother, Joyce Braud of Baton Rouge; her sisters, Linda Braud and Jan Vinci of Prairieville; her brother, Randy Braud (Jeannette) of Baton Rouge; 6 nieces; one nephew; her 2 great nieces and 4 great nephews. So many people loved Kathy - she touched so many lives. A visitation will be held at St John Catholic Church in Prairieville on Friday, May 31, 2024, starting at 9:30am until funeral mass at 11:00AM.
