Julia (Julie) Kathlene Bell was born on November 12, 1959, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and peacefully passed away on March 13, 2026, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Julie’s final moments were tenderly shared with her daughter, Chelsey, who held her hand and sang “Amazing Grace,” a fitting farewell to a cherished mother, granju, daughter, sister, and friend.

A devoted member of First Pentecostal Church in Denham Springs, Julie’s faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her love and commitment to those around her.

Julie is survived by her daughter, Chelsey Constanzi, and son-in-law, Billy Constanzi; granddaughters, Aria and Alexa; her mother, Jane Bell; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debra and David Parker, Brenda and Jerry Naquin, Cathy and Melvin Kimble, and Karen and Brett Guitreau; along with a host of nieces and nephews; and a special and devoted friend, Sherry Boothe.

Julie’s father, Harrell Bell, preceded her in death, and she is now reunited with him beyond this life’s journey.
