Judith Ann “Judy” Wade Aime

Judith Ann “Judy” Wade Aime, born on December 8, 1945, passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 78. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a heart of gold and a contagious smile. Judy enjoyed playing cards, gardening, sewing, watching Top Chef, and listening to Swamp Pop. She is survived by her son, Calvin J. Cortez Jr. and wife, Christine Hu; daughters, LaRoyce C. Jordan and husband, Dale, Tracy A. Cortez, Tara C. Villenurve and husband, David, Judith C. Berthelot and husband Corey; grandchildren, Maranda Bossier, David Villenurve, Dakota Villenurve, Chad Cortez, Angel Cortez, Jevonnie Cortez, Nashe’ Decker, Jessica Abshire, Sarah O’ Brien, Keelyn O’Brien Brock; 13 great-grandchildren siblings, Betty Templet, Marie Meades, Audrey Wade, Jimmy Wade., Joseph Wade, and Lonnie Wade; nieces Heather Curry and Paige Webre; as well as a host of other family members. Judy is preceded in death by her husband, David Louis Aime; parents; siblings, Annie Wade, Walter Wade, Darlene Curry, Walter Wade Jr. and Wilmer Wade.  Arrangements entrusted with Church Funeral Services of St. Amant, LA .
