Joseph Lee Toups

Joseph Lee Toups, 33, of Hackberry, Louisiana, passed away June 3rd, 2026 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents: Terry & Kattie Toups of Hackberry, two brothers; William Toups of Hackberry, and Jason Toups of Sulphur; one sister Jennifer Toups of Deridder; grandmother Sadie Benoit of Hackberry. Four aunts: Lois Soirez of Hackberry, Donna "Sissy" Hebert (Richard) of Devers, TX, Sheilah Soirez of Carencro, LA, Debra Prejean of Sulphur; as well as one nice Scarlet Toups of Sulphur. 

He is preceded in death by grandparents Joseph & Ruby Soirez; Percy & Margaret Toups; four uncles - Carrol Soirez, Donald Soirez, Paul Soirez, and Vince Benoit. 

Cremation arrangements will be handled by Church Funeral Services and Crematory of Baton Rouge, LA. The family wishes that there will be no services to be announced publicly.
