It is with heavy hearts and indescribable sadness that we announce the passing of Jessica Elizabeth Tinsley-Anderson, 58 on June 29, 2026, in Watson, Louisiana. Family meant everything to Jessica, and her life was a beautiful mix of immense pride for her loved ones, a joke or two that were actually funny, and a fierce love for everything LSU. Born in Thibodaux, Louisiana, on February 27, 1968, Jessica was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She lived a vibrant life full of passion for her family, her friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Jessica dedicated her career to special education within the Live Oak School System. She formed deep, lasting bonds with her colleagues, parents, and students from kindergarten through high school, many of which kept in contact with her well after graduation. She is survived by the best husband a girl could ever ask for, Chuck Anderson, along with her beautiful daughter, Macie Price, and her cherished baby boy, Airman Hunter Anderson.
Additionally, her memory will be cherished by her adored grandchildren, Ellie and Ehret Price; her siblings, Jason Tinsley and Jackie (Tinsley) Rodriguez and husband Jonathan; In-Laws Charlie, Lois, Dana, and Darren Anderson, along with her nieces and nephews, Savannah and AJ Martin, Sophie Rodriguez, Kylie Tinsley, Zoiee and Dara Anderson, and Tyler McKinney.
Jessica was incredibly lucky to share a lifelong bond with her ‘Thibodaux Crew’. There are too many names to mention individually, but you know who you are, and you know just how much she loved every single one of you…but from her family, please know how much she (and we) loved that you loved her back.
Among the many waiting to welcome her home were her daddy, Frosty Tinsley, and her momma, Brenda Clement Tinsley.
We will be celebrating her beautiful life from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on July 11, 2026 at 7561 Bear Cave Rd., Denham Springs, LA 70706. All who knew and loved Jessica are welcome to attend and share their favorite memories.
Please keep Jessica and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
