Jerome Edward Cooter, 57, resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana, died at 5:02 AM on May 12, 2022.
He is survived by his sisters, Sherry (Dale) Lirette, and Raven (Cory) Brown; brothers, Geronia (Lynn) Cooter, and Kirk Ford; aunt, Midge (Bill) Lemoine; uncle, Marcus (Kim) Jackson; nephews, Billy Meliki Cooter and William Ford; niece, Ashley Ford; cherished cats, Ninja and Tiger; and many beloved cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents: father, Billy Columbus Cooter, and mother, Johnnie Whitaker; and brother, Billy Craig Cooter.
Jerome has always loved his animals and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved to go fishing and had a laugh that would melt your heart. He was much loved by all who knew him and will be sadly missed.
