Gerald Wayne "Tniney" Holland

Gerald Wayne "Tniney" Holland, born on August 21, 1941, in Vowell's Mill, LA, passed away in Gonzales, LA on April 18, 2025, at the age of 83. He enjoyed time spent with his family, shopping with his daughter, Tammy, eating out at his favorite restaurants, as well as watching horror movies. He also had a love for Gaither Vocal Band music. Gerald worked at Braniff International Airways as a customer service representative and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.

Gerald is survived by his daughter, Tammy Mathis and husband, Danny; son, Garry Holland and wife Felicia; brother, Billy Gene Holland; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his son, Gerald Holland Jr; parents, Cora Ann Howell and Jessie Roe Holland; brothers, Henry Edward Holland, Ray Huey Holland, Reather Holland, Robert Holland; sisters, Margie Ann Hollan, Betty Sue Holland, Ruthie Lee Holland. 

A memorial to celebrate Gerald's life will be held at 14421 Roddy Rd., Gonzales LA, 70737 at 11:00am on Saturday, May 3, 2025.
