Frank J. Allison

Frank Allison passed away peacefully on March 21, 2024, at the age of 81.  Frank, a life-long resident of Baton Rouge, was an Istrouma High School graduate, United States Air Force veteran and Freemason.  He loved target shooting and science fiction.  

Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marsha Allison, son Richard Allison (Dana), daughter Leslie Duplantis (Michael) and grandchildren Andrew Allison (Jordan), Joshua Allison (Michaela), Brenna Trzupek (Tyler), Isabel Duplantis, Noah Duplantis and Greenley Duplantis.  

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Hospice of Baton Rouge for their compassion and support during Frank’s final weeks.  

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 3:00pm at Grace Presbyterian Church, 9526 Joor Road, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Grace Presbyterian Church in Frank’s name.
