Fabian was born on April 15, 1958, in New Orleans, La.  Spending the first half of his life around the Alexandria, La area and the last half in Baton Rouge, La. On August 5, 1998, he met his soul mate, Wallace Charles Tyrone Turner, better known as Ty.  They spent many happy years traveling and cruising several times a year, until the unfortunate accident happened about 12 years ago. After semi-retiring, Ty and Fabian planned to set new travel goals to see Alaska from a cruise ship and spend 3 weeks in their ancestral homeland, The UK and France.   Unfortunately, The Pandemic hit and they never got to fulfill those dreams.  Fabian is survived by his life partner, Ty Turner, his brothers Robert Rene and Marcus Fabian as well as his sister Adrienne Louise McNab, aling with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Fabian was preceded in death by his mother Nelda L Davis who passed away in 1984, along with his father Elton Fabian Bordelon in 1992, his sister Andree Lynn Landry in 2002, as well as his youngest brother; William Michel Bordelon in 2012.

Fabian studied all the great religions of the world and was able to take classes and graduate in Kabbalah studies from The Kabbalah University in England as well as attending the seminary in Lafayette LA . Fabian was a lover of all things spiritual and always had time to share what he had learned with people. Fabian was loved by everyone who knew him, he was an easy soul to bond with. He was a true artist as a nationally renowned Colorist as well as an Instructor of Color Theory, which he taught all over the United States. If you were a client of Fabian’s, no one could ever take his place. He had clients all over the US that would fly back to Baton Rouge to get their hair colored and cut by Fabian.  Fabian also collected artwork of all kinds, a portion of which will be on display at the Celebration of his Life.  Fabian was a loyal friend to everyone until the end.   He forgave as easily as he produced art.  Though he had heart disease, he had the purest heart anyone could have and, according to his Cardiologist, he had an extremely STRONG heart.  You would never hear Fabian speaking ill of anyone,  no matter what the circumstances were.

If Fabian could leave this world with just one word, it would be LOVE! {He was quick to always point out, LOVE was his favorite four-letter word.
