Emily Rose Justi Gegenheimer

Emily Rose Justi Gegenheimer, a native of New Orleans and resident of Gretna, LA. 

Wife of the late Raymond S. Gegenheimer for 54 years. Mother of Lisa Comeaux (Aaron), Mark Raymond, and Glen Charles (Christy) and the late Gary Vincent Gegenheimer. Proud grandmother of Andrew (Janna), Patrick, Daniel, Olivia (Leandro), Tyler, Eric (Maddie), Mason and Kyle Gegenheimer and Jessica Ehlers (Stephen) and Matthew Comeaux and the late Blake Gegenheimer. Great grandmother to Sadie and Skylar Gegenheimer and Graham and Bowen Ehlers. Daughter of the late Mary Buffa and Joseph H. Justi. Sister of the late Joseph H. and the late William John Justi.

Emily was a member of St. Joseph Women's Club, a devoted participant in the planning and decoration of the St. Joseph Altar, for which she received the St. Louis Medallion #3.

A memorial celebration of Emily will be held Friday, February 20th at St. Joseph Church and Shrine, 600 6th Street Gretna. Visitation is from 9am-11am, mass at 11am.

Emily loved traveling, entertaining, cooking, baking, reading, puzzles, and spending time at the family camp.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Emily's name to St Joseph Catholic Church.
