Dr. George “Chip” Briggs gained his angel wings after a courageous battle with cancer on February 22, 2019. Survivors include his parents, George and Varnell; his wife, Laurie; his amazing sons Jason (Claire), Brandon (Mili), and Ryan; his precious granddaughter, McKenna; and his brothers, Ricky (Sonya), Kevin (Jennifer), and Blaine (Liz). Visitation will be 8am till The Memorial Mass at 9:30am Saturday March 2ndat St George Catholic Church. Arrangements by Church Funeral Services and Crematory 225-644-9683
