Douglas Ann "Dee-Ann" McCurly Roberts, of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on March 16, 2024. Douglas enjoyed music, singing and dancing as a volunteer with the children at Broadmoor Methodist Children’s Choir.

Dee-Ann is survived by her son, Danny Roberts; grandchildren, Jillian Monroe, Kelly Copenhaver, Daniel Roberts Jr., Allison Wingert, Misty Wingert, Jacob Whittington, Sara Medine; great grandchildren, Jared, Alyssa, Jordan, BJ, Gavin, Brooklyn, Lawson, Ma’Liyah, Leila, Brayce, Korbyn, Mya, Abigail, Isabella, Camry, Ruby, Anthony, Carmen, Rilynn, Jason, Taylor, Kaylee; great-great grandchildren, Jared Jr., Wynter, Harmonie, Lyric; brother, Dickie McCurly; Daughters-in-law, Kathy Wingert, Jeanne Medine Robert; special friends, Trudie Osterberger and Donna Lusted; life-long best friends, Carolyn Kirby, and Pasty White Glass.  

She is preceded in death by her husband, David I. Roberts; children, Don, Little David, Dena Ashley Roberts Holt; parents, Douglas Bennett and Ouida Smith McCurly; grandchild, Stephen Holt; brothers, Bill and Jimmy McCurly.

 A memorial service to celebrate the life of Dee-Ann will be held at Broadmoor Methodist Church in Baton Rouge on Saturday, April 13, 2024, with visiting from 9am until service at 9:30am followed by a reception. 

The family would like to thank Hospice of Baton Rouge for their compassion and care.
