Debra Snyder

Debra Snyder, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and a resident of Central, Louisiana died Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at the age of 68. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Snyder for 37 years and loving mother of Tammy Conn (Wade) and Renae Jackson (Ryan). Debra is also survived by her grandchildren, Jake, Randa , Reece, and Abbigail; great grandchildren, Aleah, Jackson, Jane, and Rylen; sister, Gayle Reed (Jack); and brother, Marvin (Lisa).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Margie Spinks Veuleman and Marvin H. Veuleman; and brother, Nathan Veuleman.

Debra loved playing golf with her husband. She also loved tending her garden and got the most joy from sharing the vegetables she grew with family and friends. She was an excellent cook and used that skill as a way of showing love as well. She always made sure those she loved always had their favorite dishes. She loved her cats. She loved all animals. She enjoyed doing anything outdoors. Even though she was a private person, she especially loved time spent with her family.
