Deborah "Debbie" Allen

Deborah “Debbie” Allen, born on December 13, 1953 in Crawfordsville, IN, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on August 30, 2025, at the age of 71. Debbie enjoyed singing and sewing.

Preceded in death by her parents, Lucien and Margaret Desselle; her brother, Marvin Desselle; her son, Christopher Allen; and her grandson, Jamie Allen, Jr.

She is survived by her sons, Jamie Allen (Sheryl) and JJ Allen (Jessica); her brothers, Mel Desselle (Laura), Lucien Desselle, Jr. (Lori) and Daryl Desselle (Kathy); and her sister, Dorothy Desselle; and 21 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at The Church International, 13423 LA-431, St Amant, LA 70774, on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 9:00 am until services at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Hope Haven Garden of Memory on Hwy 30 in Gonzales.
