Debbie Carrol Morse

Born August 14, 1959, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, Debbie was the daughter of Monty Paul Payne and Mary Leatha Price.

She was preceded in death by her father, Monty Paul Payne; her brother, Paul Jr.; and her grandson, Phillip Tyler Farmer.

She leaves behind her mother, Mary Solorzano; her sister, Kathy Alvarado; her daughters, Tracy Christine Forrester, Vallie Amanda Green, Jessica Nicole Collier, Bobbie Michelle Shows, Sherry Marie Tiggett, and Racheal Carrol Tiggett; along with many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, her niece and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Debbie was a woman of great faith who loved Jesus and trusted Him completely. Her faith carried her throughout her life and unto death.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort knowing she is now at peace and with the Savior she loved.

A small, private gathering will be held to celebrate Debbie’s life and honor her memory with immediate family.
