Cynthia Recher Bellard

Cynthia Recher Bellard passed away due to health complications at Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge on April 11, 2026, at the age of 64. She was known for being an avid worker at local businesses since 1994.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Hiser Recher and Joe P. Recher; sister, Sherry Moellenkamp; and son, Brandon Roy Hatch.

She is survived by her children, Shauna Hatch, Brennon and Coushatta Bellard; grandchildren, Mikayla, Alyssa, Azalena, Nathan, Braydon, and Gabriella Hatch; nieces and nephews, Bradly and Nolan Hubbard, Colby, Cali, and AJ Smith, Brad and Erica Hubbard, Danielle and Randy Smith, Lil Richard Hubbard; sister, Dora and Richard Hubbard.
