Curtis Nickens, a resident of Walker, Louisiana, passed away at the age of 49 on June 20, 2026. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on January 2nd,1977. He was known for his sense of humor and a knack for making people laugh and smile as he was always ready with a joke. Curtis loved his family and friends dearly.
He is preceded in passing by his father Bruce Nickens, and mother Judith Harris.
He is survived by his wife Ellen Nickens, son Austin Nickens, stepfather Don Harris, godmother Jean Witten, brother Charles Harris (Chanie), sister Chrystal Lacy (Eric), brother Thomas Nickens, Sr. (Brandi), sister Eunice Daigle (Brandon), brother Jeremy Nickens; as well as a large host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts and uncles.
