Clayton James Stevens

Clayton Stevens, age 59, passed away Friday September 8, 2023. He was born in Georgia, raised in St. Amant, LA and lived his last several years in Livingston, LA next to some of the best neighbors he could have ever asked for. He was a caring father, grandfather, brother and friend. Clay was an outdoorsman at heart. He was happiest in the boat with a pole in his hands, or in the deer stand peacefully waiting for his next chance. He is survived by his beloved dog, Atti (short for Attitude, which we all know she is full of), his daughter Cristy Castille, son-in-law Colby Castille, grandchildren Brad, Macy, Eian, Kolbi and Cruz, his brother Dennis Martinez, sister-in-law Jan Martinez, a niece Meggan (Allen) Villnuve and a nephew McCall Martinez. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold (Carol) Stevens and Geraldine “Jerri” (Bud) Sargent, and brothers Gary Martinez and Kelby Stevens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to LOPA- Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, or the Ochsner Transplant Hospital in Jefferson, LA.
