Christine Scott Templet

A mass of Christian burial will be held for Christine Scott Templet on April 24, 2023 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Amant, Louisiana. Visitation will be held prior to mass at 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Christine Scott Templet was born on April 10, 1954 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 69. She was a lifelong resident of St. Amant. Christine was a proud mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her girls and grandchildren watching them participate in their many extracurricular activities. She and her best friend, Debbie, enjoyed spending their Friday nights at The Pit cheering on the Gators.

She is survived by her daughters, Kellie (Casey) Gonzales and Katie (Garrett) Sheets, grandchildren Mitchell Roussel, Carson Sheets, Rylee Gonzales, Britton Sheets and Olivia Sheets, sister Gayle (Darryl) Guitrau, brother Nicholas (Darlyn) Laiche, numerous nieces and nephews and beloved dog T-Buddy. She was preceded in death by her husbands Mitchell Scott and Paul Templet, parents Alvin and Isabelle Laiche, godchild Brandon Latuso and sister Carolyn Rumfellow. Pallbearers will be Mitchell Roussel, Carson Sheets, Brice Guitrau, Jody Rumfellow, Ross Guitrau and Garrett Laiche. Arrangements entrusted with Church Funeral Service of St. Amant.
