Brenda Kay Maloy

Brenda Kay Maloy, 72 years of age, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 11th. Brenda, a resident of Prairieville, was born on December 27, 1950 in Cody, Kentucky.

Brenda was the first born and only daughter to the late Ermin and Imogean Back. Brenda was preceded in death by her loving companion, Fred R. Davis.

She is survived by two daughters, Angela Keller and Tracy Broussard (her husband Jason) and stepson Barry Davis. Brenda also leaves behind three brothers and their wives: Alger (Felicia) Back, Wayne (Donna) Back, and David (Ashley) Back. Brenda is also survived by four grandsons, Brock Weiss and wife Lauren, Caleb Keller, Tyler Broussard, and Reed LeBoeuf, four great grandchildren, Cannon, Eliana, Keller and Alivia, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Brenda is a retired business owner and was known for spending her life entertaining as a singer.
