He chose a career as a machine operator for the steel fabricator of Clayton Homes, where he worked devotedly for over eleven years. Through his steady hands and focused determination, he earned the respect of his colleagues and contributed immeasurably to his workplace.

At the center of Billy’s life were those he loved most. He found his greatest fulfillment as a father to his beloved sons, Robert C. Ogle and Billy E. Ogle III (Katelyn), and as a loving grandfather to his cherished grandchildren. He also shared a special bond with his sisters, Joy Hughes Burns, Kasey L. Ogle, and Christina Champion, each of whom he held close throughout his life’s journey.

Billy’s commitment to his family extended far beyond words. Spending time with his children and grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he considered his role as father and grandfather his proudest accomplishment. He truly cared for others over himself, often putting their needs ahead of his own, and he will be remembered for his selfless nature.
