Ashley Nicole Blazek

Ashley Nicole Blazek, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away in her home on February 18th, 2024 at the age of 37. 

She was a talented massage therapist and veterinarian technician. Through both her fields of work she pursued her passion for helping all walks of life, whether 2-legged or 4. Her kind nature shined through daily; and she will be forever missed. 

She is survived by her sister Jessica Painter; brother Ronnie Berthelot; cousin Gina Woods; cousin Levi Woods, mother Michelle Laycock, grandmother Geri Blazek, and partner Darrell Gautier Jr. 

A celebration of life service will be held March 23rd 2024 from 12-3; formal invitation to follow. In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to the animal shelter Ashley spent so much time making a difference in the lives of the animals she loved so much, Companion Animal Alliance of Baton Rouge 225-408-5360.
