Ashley Alicia Fravel
Ashley Alicia Fravel, age 33, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on 30, March, 2023, peacefully in her sleep after a short illness.
A Celebration of Ashley’s life will be held on 15, April, 2023 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Prairieville, LA., from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Ashley was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on 17, September, 1989. She went to St. Amant High School and the School for the Visually Impaired. Ashley loved cats and dogs and was a volunteer at Cat Haven
Ashley is preceded in death by her parents: Robert Leroy Fravel and Barbara Jean VanNatter, and her grandparents: Earl Eugene VanNatter, Sally Wilson VanNatter, William Eldridge Fravel and Ruth Lucile Chrisman.
Ashley is survived by her sisters: Terri Lynn Malsey, Sherri Fravel Sliman (Keith Sliman), Nicole Fravel Foster (Bill Foster, Jr), and her brother Michael Lee Fravel (Carissa Fravel), and their families.
The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to Greater Fellowship, especially Ms. Susie Brown, Ms. Keisha Daisy and the loving caregivers and staff who took care of our Ash-Ash. Also, thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Baton Rouge General on Bluebonnet who cared for Ashley during her illness. A special thank you to Mr. Frank and Finn the Therapy Dog. He made Ashley’s stay at the hospital a little bit brighter.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, Cerebral Palsy Foundation or Cat Haven
