Arthur Clayton Stanley

Born on July 27, 1966 in Monroe, Louisiana; Arthur Clayton Stanley (Byrd) to Eulan Arthur Stanley Jr. and Sarah Jane Dunn grew up in the areas of Transylvania and around West Carroll Parish. 

He went home to be with the Lord on February 5, 2024 surrounded in love with his significant other Summer Dugar and his daughters Sarah Nicole, Donna Marie, Izzy Ann, Gabby Renea, and Alex Skie; by his side.

He enjoyed Old country music, barbequing  for his girls, hunting, fishing, and sometimes wrestling gators with 2x4's in his spare time when he resided in South Louisiana. He spent most of his time in West Carroll and Plaqumines parish when he wasn't working to provide for his babies. He was very accomplished at saving the girls from snakes, but when it came to spiders they were on their own. He loved teaching his children about the Lord, and wanted to ensure that they always made good decisions.

The family would like to extend an honorable mention/very large thank you to the hospice nurses and the social worker at Louisiana Hospice & Palliative Care, Mr. Peter at Heaven Bound Mortuary Transport and Crematory, his brother Arthur Stanley and wife Marylin, & Mrs. Willie Hooks and Jamie Hooks.

Besides Summer Dugar, his ex-wife Christyl, and daughters he is survived by more family, weather it be blood or chosen family, to list.
