Arthur (Luke, Sonny) Lucarino, born in New Orleans, LA on July 9, 1942, passed away at home in Livingston, LA on May 29, 2026, at the age of 83. He served in the United States Navy and was a truck driver for many years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Lucarino; his mother, Barbara Santacruz; his sister, Roseanne; two sons, Arthur and Richard Lucarino; a great-granddaughter, Adeline Lucarino; and many other relatives and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sherry Edler Lucarino; his daughters, Juanita Averett and husband Kelvin and Sandra Ferguson and husband DeWayne; his daughter-in-law, Sylvia Lucarino; his sister, Barbara Wheat; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was blessed to have such a large family that will carry on the memories, love and laughter until we all meet again.
