Angela Rose Kamerer-White

Angela Rose Kamerer-White passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 30th, 2026. She was born in Baton Rouge, LA on October 31st, 1983.

She was survived by her mother, Rosemarie Kamerer, her father, Stevens White (Ramona), stepmother, Zenobia White; siblings: Sean Kamerer-White (Catherine), Frank Kamerer-White (Ariel), Tyler White, Torey White (Maria), and Dominic Kamerer (Oliver). Cousins: Justin Arnold and his daughter, Heather Pierce (Austin), Doug Arnold (Nikki), Lisa Ponce (Joey), and Jonathan Arnold. Niece and Nephews: Brayden Whittington and Skyler Kamerer-White, Titus White, Cooper and Croix Arnold, JoJo, Reyna,and Jase Ponce.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Josephine and Frank Kamerer, and grandmother, Evelyn White; uncles, Joseph Kamerer, Gene and Dean White, and cousin, Skyler Hyland.

She was a devout and beloved member of Graceworks Church in Prairieville, LA. She had attended St. Thomas More Catholic School in Baton Rouge, Marion Heights in Indiana, and Jefferson High in St. Louis, and graduated from East Ascension High School. She also attended Southeastern Louisiana University and the University of New Orleans.

Her hobbies included reading and writing, both poetry and prose. She self-published two novels. She loved anything pumpkin spice, especially coffee, smores, and talking with people. She loved studying God’s word, C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, and Sherlock Holmes. She loved all of her nephews and niece, both biological and honorary. She never passed up the chance to encourage others and to say a prayer for anyone.

Her celebration of life will be Saturday June 13th at Graceworks Church, 16131 LA-Hwy 44, Prairieville, LA 70769. Visitation is from 9am to 11am and service will start at 11am with a reception to follow.

On Saturday, June 20th, there will be a memorial mass at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11441 Goodwood Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70815 at 11am.
