Allan Templet

Allan was born November 12, 1954, in New Orleans, LA. He passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 69 years old. He will sadly be missed by family and friends. 

Allan is survived by his wife Betty Wade Templet, daughter Christina Butler (Nicholas), stepson Lucien Templet (Cheryl), stepdaughters Beverly Templet (Tyke), Irene Templet (Chris), Liz Donaldson (Dave), sisters Paula Reynolds (John), Connie Hayman (Edward), Vivian Andrews, Becky Andrews, 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father Leroy Burton Templet and mother Glory Dean Lavigne Templet. As well as a sister Cheryl Ann Templet.

Allan worked at AMKO Fence Co. in Gonzales, LA for his late Uncle Allison ‘Bob’ Meche and Aunt Virginia ‘Ginny’ Lavigne Meche who thought of him as their own. Allan Leroy Templet is gone but not forgotten.

A family memorial was held Sunday, May 26, 2024.
