Tony was born in 1941 and passed on in 2022. After graduating high school, Tony enlisted in the Air Force. He was honorably discharged September, 1969. He then pursued contact work all over the world including Thailand, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and others, in logistics, along with his life long friend Mike Roche. Of the counties he worked in Thailand was his favorite.

Later he returned to New Orleans East to live. He sponsored a Thai student, Charoen Inkong (Ludin) and became very close to him; so close, Charoen thought of him as a dad. He also became very close to Mark Hinson and his son, who was named after Tony. They loved him dearly and referred to him as uncle. He also pursed his interests of cooking, aquariums, and dogs.

After Hurricane Katrina, Tony moved to Baton Rouge, LA to live a quiet life with his beloved chihuahua, Kloe. He became very close to his landlord Judy, who also called him uncle.

Tony never married. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilie and Leona Joseph, and siblings Willie Joseph Jr., Ralph Joseph, and Willria Joseph Davis.

He leaves behind his sister Lisa Davis Joseph LeDuff and her husband Dallas, and brother Max Joseph and his wife Iris.

Tony also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as many friends all over the world.

Remains will be interred in Zachary, Louisiana at the Louisiana National Cemetery, 303 W. Mount Pleasant Rd.
