Gary Boudreaux Jr.

Gary Boudreaux Jr., 65, was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday October 16, 2022, peacefully at his residence in St. Amant, LA.

Born May 15th, 1957, in Donaldsonville, LA.  Gary was a loving son, husband, father, pops, brother, and friend to many.  He loved hunting, fishing, the New Orleans Saints, and playing cards on Monday and Wednesday nights with his close friends.  He retired from Local 3033 after 30 years being a longshoreman.

Gary is survived by his loving wife Monica of 45 years, two children: son Gabe and spouse, daughter Magen and husband Kirk Powell.  Four granddaughters who were the love of his life: Alana and Ivy Boudreaux and Alyssa and Paisley Powell.  Three brothers Ricky (Patty), Jeffery (Melanie), and Todd.  Two sister in laws, Mona Bercegeay, and Tammy (Jimmy) Charbonnet.  Mother-in-law Margaret Sanchez.  Numerous Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nephews, Nieces and friends.

 Gary is preceded in death by his father Gary Sr. mother Beverly Bourg Boudreaux, Father-in-law VJ Sanchez, two sister in laws Gwen Boudreaux and Darla Landry. Brother-In-law Ernie Bercegeay.

Visitation will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Amant, La Saturday October 22,2022 from 9am until a Mass of Christian burial at 12pm. Entombment in the church mausoleum.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kirk Powell, Ricky, Jeffery, Todd, Gabe Boudreaux, and Bart Lambert.
