“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7
Lori was born on September 24, 1973, in 29 Palms, California and went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2022 . Lori passed away in her home and in the presence of her beloved husband, Al Hart , and her precious stepdaughter, Ashley Hart. Her family, her friends, and her church remember Lori to be a wonderfully gracious and powerful woman in the Lord.
She was a beloved wife, daughter, mother, friend, teacher, prayer partner, fitness coach, and dance instructor, all of which she accomplished in the power of the Spirit. She was always fully engaged as she related so beautifully to everyone she met. Lori was a friend , a confidant, and an inspiration to so many. Her beautiful radiant face would always reflect the deep inner-beauty she found in Christ.
Lori graduated from Oklahoma City University with her B.S. in dance management and worked as a dance instructor at Molly Myer’s Dance Academy. For the last five years she was an incredible coach at Rollins Place Elementary in Zachary. Lori had a vibrant daily relationship with the Lord and loved to sit in his presence as she loved on the people around her. There was much more she wanted to accomplish but we know that now she is dancing with the Lord and is totally obedient to her new assignments in heaven.
Survived by her husband Al Hart, her four children: Freeman Hartley, Sheriff Hartley, Thomas Hart (stepson), and Ashley Hart (stepdaughter). Her mother Patty Freeman and father Jennings Freeman and her brother Jennings Freeman, Jr., and his wife Dana. Preceded by her grandparents William Polk Forman and Lorraine McCurley Forman.

I have just now learned about this sad news. I am so very sorry and saddened by the news. Mr. Al I will surely put you and the children in my prayers. You helped me in a hard time in the past and I Thank God for that. I also enjoyed the boys in the scouting program years ago. Please know that if I can help in anyway, just let me know. With much respect, Rachel Norton
