Maxie Jean Robert, Jr. “Noonoon”
Maxie Jean Robert, Jr. “NooNoon” passed away on July 27, 2022. He was a member of the Western Conference of Teamsters pipefitters union for many years. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, boating and being outdoors.
He is survived by his 4 daughters, Wendy Robert Bobb (David), Connie Robert-Jamison, Tammi Robert Cuthill, and Cassie Simmons Smith (Corey). He had 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 5 siblings, Ronald Robert (Dorothy), LeRoy Robert (Sharon), Carol Stanley (Thomas), Shirlene Esneault (Robert), Juanita Esneault (Camille). He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wallis and Zelia H. Robert, his maternal grandparents, Romaine and Agalice M. Schexnayder, his parents, Maxie Sr. and Ethel S. Robert, and a significant other, Alice Vidrine. He was also preceded in death by 2 infant siblings.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
