James M. Sanders
A ceremony celebrating the life of James M. Sanders will be held on Wednesday May 25, 2022, at 11 am; visitation will begin at 5 pm until 8 pm on Tuesday, and resume on Wednesday at 9 am until time of funeral service at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 10489 Arnold Road, Denham Springs. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery, Watson.
Mr. Sanders was born on January 8, 1961, in McComb, MS and passed from this life on Saturday May 21, 2022, at The Crossing Hospice, at the age of 61 years.
He was a resident of Watson, an avid animal lover, he enjoyed music, gardening, C B radios, and especially time spent with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jimmie and Ida Lea Sanders.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years DeLila Wheat Sanders, sons James Anthony Sanders (Kelli), and Taylor Sanders (Kaleigh), sisters Stacey Wascom (Charles), and Kim Cedotal (Mike), also survived by grandchildren Laila, Dawsyn, Tate James, host of other relatives and friends.
