Duane Anthony Aydell

Duane Anthony Aydell, born on July 11, 1971, a resident of Maurepas, LA, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the age of 50. Duane loved family time cooking and doing yard work. He was a retired licensed electrician and enjoyed doing carpentry work. He is survived by his life partner, Carol Duplessis Dixon; children, Brittany D. Barney (CC Reine) , Justin D. Aydell, Kayla R. Aydell (Gary O’Keefe); 2 bonus children, Jennifer A. Dixon (Alex Abbot), Jolie M. Dixon (Tate Bourgeois); eight grandchildren, Bailey, Destiney, Michael, Paisley, Valina, Braxton, Bentley, Dallas; Father, J.V. Aydell; Mother, Ellarene Bourgeois; bonus Mother, Christine Valentine.  Duane is preceded in death by his grandson, Matthew Barney; grandparents, Viola V. and J.V.
