Joseph Mcmanus

Funeral services for Joseph McManus, age 78, will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Gray’s Creek Baptist Church with Rev. David Brown as officiant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Gray’s Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 12:30pm until 3:00pm.

Joseph was born on June 25, 1943 in Baton Rouge, LA to Eugene Robinson McManus and Johnnie Irene Lewis. He was a retired school bus driver and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra L McManus; three sons, James P McManus, Joseph W McManus and Patrick L McManus; three grandsons, Derek D McManus, Joseph Matthew McManus, and Kasey Daniel McManus; one granddaughter, Ashley N May; four great-grandsons, Aaren A May, Jonathan McManus, Reed McManus and Avin D May; four great granddaughters, Aries L May, Raelynn McManus, Kaylynn McManus and Megan McManus.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Church Funeral Services of Walker is in charge of the arrangements.
